Full arch implant treatment is one of the most life-changing procedures in dentistry, and one of the most demanding to do well. Our prosthodontist leads the prosthetic design from the start, with implant positions chosen to support the ideal outcome. Surgery is performed by our in-house periodontist or one of our partner oral and maxillofacial surgeons, depending on the complexity of your case.
We use photogrammetry for precise implant position capture, 3D printing for surgical guides, and our in-house lab prepares your same-day provisional prosthesis, so you leave the clinic with fixed teeth rather than a removable denture or nothing at all. They're temporary, but they keep you presentable and confident while your implants heal.
While same-day teeth is always the goal, in some cases staging the treatment produces a better long-term outcome. We'll always recommend the approach that serves your result best.

The Process
Consultation & 3D Planning
We assess your bone density, gum health, and overall condition using 3D imaging and digital scans. Our prosthodontist designs the prosthetic outcome first, then works with the surgical team to plan implant positions that support that design.
Surgery & Same-Day Teeth
Implants are placed using stackable surgical guides for precision. Sedation options include oral sedation, IV sedation, or general anesthesia at our partner oral surgery offices for patients who prefer it. A fixed provisional prosthesis is attached before you leave, giving you a stable set of teeth while your implants heal.
Healing & Integration
Over the following months, your implants integrate with the bone. During this time you'll be on a soft diet to protect the healing process. Your provisionals keep you looking presentable and feeling confident. That's a significant improvement over a removable denture or no teeth at all.
Final Zirconia Prosthesis
Once integration is complete, we use photogrammetry to capture your implant positions with precision. Our in-house lab crafts your final full-arch zirconia prosthesis: beautiful, durable, and designed to last.

Who is this for?

All-on-4, All-on-6, teeth-in-a-day, 3-on-6 — what's the difference?
All variations of fixed teeth supported by implants. The number refers to how many implants support the arch. 'Teeth-in-a-day' describes the timing. We recommend whichever approach suits your anatomy best.
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
That's the goal, and what we achieve in most cases. A fixed provisional is attached before you leave. It's temporary and requires a soft diet during healing, but far better than a removable denture or no teeth.
How is this different from dentures?
Dentures sit on your gums and are removed daily. Full arch implant prostheses are fixed to your jawbone. They don't move, don't require adhesive, and don't come out. We offer both and can discuss what's right for you.
What if I don't have enough bone?
The angled implant technique often works with less bone than traditional implants require. If additional support is needed, we may recommend bone grafting or a zygomatic approach. 3D imaging tells us exactly what we're working with.
What are the sedation options?
Oral sedation and IV sedation at our clinic. For patients who prefer deeper sedation, general anesthesia is available at our partner oral surgery offices. We'll discuss what's right for you.
How long do full arch implants last?
The implants themselves can last a lifetime with proper care. The zirconia prosthesis on top is built for durability and typically lasts 10 to 15 years before it may need to be refreshed.
