AI Chat Assistant
Our website features an AI-powered virtual concierge. When you use this feature:
- Your messages are processed by Anthropic, a third-party AI provider, to generate responses. Anthropic does not use your data to train models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
- Conversations may be reviewed by our team to improve patient experience and ensure quality of care coordination.
- If you share contact information (name, email, phone) through the chat, it is sent to our team via email for follow-up.
- Chat conversations are not stored on our servers. They exist only in your browser session and are lost when you close the page.
Disclosure of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with third parties only as necessary to:
- Process payments (payment processors)
- Submit insurance claims (insurance providers, with your consent)
- Provide website services (hosting, email delivery, analytics)
- Process AI chat conversations (Anthropic)
