Our Technology
Technology for Precision
We don't adopt technology for its own sake. Every tool we use exists because it makes outcomes more precise, more predictable, or more comfortable for our patients. This is what a fully digital dental practice looks like.
Diagnostics & Planning
See Everything Before We Begin
3D Imaging (CBCT)
A single scan gives us a complete three-dimensional view of your teeth, bone, nerves, and airways. This is the foundation for implant planning, surgical guides, and understanding complex cases that two-dimensional x-rays simply can't reveal.
Digital Impressions
No impression trays or putty. A handheld scanner captures your teeth with sub-millimeter accuracy in minutes. More comfortable for you, and far more precise for our lab when crafting restorations that need to fit perfectly.
3D Facial Scanning
We capture your facial structure in three dimensions, allowing us to design your smile in the context of your entire face, not just your teeth. This is especially valuable for smile makeovers and full mouth reconstructions where facial aesthetics matter.
Digital Photography
Detailed clinical photography is part of every case: treatment planning, communication with our lab, virtual smile design, and documenting your journey from start to finish.
Design & Simulation
Plan It Digitally, Perfect It Clinically
Virtual Smile Design
Using your photographs and digital scans, we design your smile digitally before any clinical work begins. Our specialists and lab team collaborate on this design, refining shape, proportions, and aesthetics until the plan is right.
Virtual Jaw Tracking
For full mouth reconstructions, we digitally map how your jaw moves to determine the ideal bite position before rebuilding. This technology allows us to plan complex cases with a level of precision that traditional methods can't match.
Digital Bite Analysis
Digital bite force measurement shows us exactly how forces are distributed across your teeth, helping us design restorations that function in harmony with your bite and identify problems that aren't visible to the eye.
Surgical & Clinical
Guided by Data
Guided Implant Surgery
Implants are placed using 3D-printed surgical guides designed from your CBCT scan and digital plan. Every implant goes in at the planned position, angle, and depth. No guesswork.
Photogrammetry
After implants are placed, we capture their positions with photogrammetric accuracy, eliminating the fit issues that can come from traditional impression methods. This means final prostheses that fit precisely from the start.
Laser Therapy
Dental lasers allow our periodontist to treat gum disease, contour tissue, and perform soft tissue procedures with precision, often with less discomfort and faster healing than traditional surgical approaches.
Innovation
Artificial Intelligence in Dentistry
We integrate AI applications into our diagnostic and planning workflows, using artificial intelligence to assist with image analysis, treatment planning, and quality assurance. These tools don't replace the specialist's judgment; they augment it, adding another layer of precision to the decisions that shape your care.
As this technology evolves, so does our practice. Staying at the forefront of innovation isn't just a commitment. It's part of who Transcend is.
Transcend Lab
Crafted In-House
Our in-house dental laboratory is where the digital plan becomes a physical reality. Crowns, veneers, bridges, implant prostheses, and full arch restorations are all crafted here by our lab designers and ceramists, in direct coordination with your specialist.
The lab uses CAD/CAM workflows, zirconia and lithium disilicate milling and pressing, 3D printing, and custom porcelain staining and characterization. Having the lab in the same building means shade matching happens in person, adjustments happen in real time, and quality is never out of our control.
See It for Yourself
The best way to understand our technology is to experience it during your consultation.
