The comprehensive consultation fee is $250, which includes your evaluation and personalized treatment plan. Orthodontic consultations are complimentary. CBCT imaging for implant consultations is included for use at Transcend; a fee applies if imaging is shared with another office.

If any additional imaging is needed during your visit, we'll always discuss this with you before proceeding.

Transcend is a non-assignment office — fees are paid directly to us, and we provide the documentation you need to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We're happy to assist with pre-authorizations and claims paperwork. Third-party financing options are also available.
